Can I part exchange my car?
Yes, we are pleased to offer a part-exchange service. If you
are unable to call in at our offices, please use the enquiry
form or ask a member of our team for a part-exchange valuation.
Do the cars come with a warranty?
All new cars purchased are supplied with the full manufacturer’s
warranty and road side assistance as specified by the manufacturer.
All warranty claims and work can be carried out by any one of
the relevant franchise dealerships throughout the UK. Used cars
are supplied with a 3 month warranty, however, this can be extended
at extra cost should you so wish.
Will
my local dealership service and maintain my car after delivery?
Yes, absolutely. Purchasing a new car through Midas Vehicle
Management is no different for example to purchasing a car from
a local dealership in Birmingham then relocating to Manchester
and using the local dealership there. All dealerships and manufacturer
approved service centres will welcome your custom, both service
and warranty work provides extra revenue for them. Alternatively,
if you are local to Midas Vehicle Management, we can arrange
all your servicing / workshop needs.
Are the New vehicles UK specification?
All vehicles are guaranteed full UK specification. The majority
of our new vehicles are UK dealer supplied, and therefore are
no different to the vehicle you would purchase from your local
dealer. In some cases, we may offer the option of supplying
a parallel imported vehicle from the EU which would again be
full UK specification, the only difference being that they can
come with either 2 years or 3 years warranty, however, you would
be made aware of this at the time of purchase.
How will I know if there are any changes to the order or estimated
delivery date?
We will be to update you with the progress of your order and
liaise with the supplier and logistics teams to ensure a smooth
transition of the car to you. We will keep you up to date with
any changes via telephone or e-mail.
When will I know the exact delivery date?
For used cars, we will provide you an exact delivery date at
the time of purchase. when your car has arrived at the supplier
following its pre-delivery inspection. Manufacturers and suppliers
can only provide estimated dates when the orders are placed
which can be subject to movement either forward or backward.
We do, however, endeavor to overstate rather than understate
lead times.
