Who
is my contract to buy the car with?
Your contract is with Midas Vehicle Management ltd. We are responsible
for your purchase from the point of order to delivery. This gives
you the complete confidence of knowing exactly who you are dealing
with, who to contact, and just one set of terms
and conditions making the whole transaction as simple as possible.
How much deposit do you require?
We require a fixed deposit of £500 for most vehicles. Certain
specialist, unusual specification, and higher value cars maybe
subject to a higher deposit.
How can I pay my deposit?
You can pay your deposit by any of the following methods: Bank
Transfer, Cheque, Debit Card or Cash - whatever suits you.
Can I have the vehicle delivered to my door?
Yes, all our cars can be delivered to anywhere in the UK. We have
both driven delivery and transported delivery options, please
ask for details.
Are your new vehicles the current model range?
Yes, unless stated otherwise, your new car will be absolutely
brand new and registered on the latest plate. Please feel free
to ask as to the model year you will be purchasing, we will be
happy to confirm this on the Vehicle Order form sent to you.
When and how do I make payment?
The final balance (less deposit) is required prior to the agreed
delivery date either by CHAPS (same day transfer), internet bank
transfer, bankers draft, debit card or by cleared cheque.
Are all cars held in stock?
At Midas we sell all makes and models of new and used cars, as
you can appreciate it is not possible to stock all these options.
We do however have access to the stock of many dealerships around
the UK. We can also place a factory order for new cars directly
with the manufacturer to meet your specific requirements. Factory
orders are usually supplied within 4-8 weeks - depending on the
manufacturer, model and specifications. We normally stock around
20 used cars but can source any car you require from a variety
of sources.
Are any of your new vehicles imports?
Most of our vehicles are UK supplied and come from the same factory
as if you brought through a UK dealer. However, we do import some
vehicles, if it means a substantially cheaper price for our customers
than a UK sourced vehicle. In some instances, buying from other
countries within the EU enables us to take advantage of more favourable
pricing structures and deliver cars to UK customers at substantially
lower prices than a UK model. All of our imported vehicles conform
to UK safety requirements and come with a full manufacturer’s
warranty. Please ask our sales team for information about the
origin of your car.
Can
I have factory fitted options on my chosen vehicle?
With some vehicles you can purchase factory fitted options. This
may have an impact on the price of the vehicle, but will certainly
still represent our usual fantastic value for money.
In addition, we can provide a number of different accessories
which we will fit ourselves, so you can still benefit from our
very best offers and save even more on accessories – just
our sales team for more information.

as they become available. Please feel free to confirm prices when

Is there a search fee for finding a used car for me?
No, we do not charge fees for this service.
